The first stakeholder identified as potentially using this learning project would be a social worker/refugee worker, who would mostly likely need to be educated about how to work with individuals who have been affected by war or who have be psychologically traumatized. According to the National Association of Social Workers, the average social worker is a married white woman between the ages 40-50 years old, who is highly educated, with relatively little experience in mental health or behavior.
According to the National Association of Social Workers, “59% of members reported their principal role in their primary practice area as direct practice. 17% identified their role as administration, 8% identified case management and 4% identified clinical supervision as their principal roles. 12% identified “other” (2000). Meaning that most social workers will be involved directly with those they work with.
Another advantage is collaborative construction of knowledge, which is also what the organization wishes to do. The disadvantage with this solution is that the learner cannot be passive; they will be required to actively participate, while some learners may which to get the information on “need-to-know” bases. An unintended consequence is that if these authentic scenarios are viewed by someone who has been affected it may become too emotional or personal for them to learn from the material.

Vanja Cvančić According to the website is the Assistant to the Head of Mission. Function Within the CWWPP --Assistant to the Head of Mission --Recruitment of groups and clients --Work with groups and clients --Maintenance of the Croatian language website
According to the CWWPP’s website, Vanja has a background in social work and marketing. According to her bio she helps the Head of Mission with working with clients and groups. The website does not state or indicate how long she been with the organization.
The disadvantage is that it would be a passive way of learning, meaning she would not have to interact in any way with the material. An unintended consequence is that it may be too technical and produce a cognitive load that shows too much information for any of the material to be absorbed or learned.
